Orders, Returns and Exchanges

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing ( not including holidays and weekends). You will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided as soon as your order ships. We ship from warehouses throughout the U.S and China. Items shipped from China make take up to 20 days (including processing take) to arrive at your door. 

You may receive your order in more than one package as products are shipped from various warehouses.

By placing an order you are responsible for original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping back to our headquarters.

Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to locate your package.

Delayed Shipping:

Once we have shipped your package there may be shipping delays due to holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. These cases are rare.

Missing Packages:

Me First Mommy is not responsible for packages that carriers have reported as delivered. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages carriers report as delivered.

If you did not receive a package that shows delivered please process a claim through the carrier used for shipping.

Returns and Exchanges:

We are pleased to accept returns of any unworn items in perfect condition with tags attached and accompanied by a receipt, sale items are not eligible for exchange or return. No Exceptions If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will gladly offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving the returned item. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Me First Mommy reserves the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, final sale or returned after 7 days. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
