WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
If you see a double pending transaction on your account you have not been charged twice. What you see is a double authorization which can sometimes happen if you click "confirm" multiple times at check out. Not to worry your bank will remove one of the authorizations in 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once.
I WANT TO ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER. CAN MY ORDER BE REVERSED?
We do not reverse transactions. Please review your cart before submitting your order. If you wish to return your item(s) after you receive them you can for a store credit.
HOW DO I USE A STORE CREDIT AND A COUPON CODE?
Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out. You will also see a place for notes and comments please include the discount code in the notes. At the time your order is shipped your discount will be adjusted to your store credit or form of payment.
I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT'S SOLD OUT! WHAT DO I DO?
Go to our Contact Page and send a message with the item name and your size. We will notify you when your size is back in stock
TRACKING SHOWS MY PACKAGE AS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT GET IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Me First Mommy is not responsible for packages that carriers have reported as delivered. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages carriers report as delivered.
If you did not receive a package that shows delivered please process a claim through the carrier used for shipping.
